Company Overview: -

  • Basic Up to: $2700, Gross $4000 - $4700 + AWS + VB + Sign-on Bonus + Quarterly Incentive + $120 transport allowance if possess own transport
  • Tuas
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm); Saturday (8am – 12pm) / Shift Work (Day: 8am – 8pm, Night: 8pm – 8am)

Your Responsibilities: -

  • Operate and monitor the distillation process plant to recover and convert distilled waste materials into reusable products while ensuring optimal recovery yield and utility efficiency.
  • Perform plant start-up and shutdown in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain safe operating parameters.
  • Ensure the safe handling, transfer, storage, and treatment of flammable materials, maintaining sufficient storage capacity and conducting routine inspections for leaks, spills, and other hazards.
  • Coordinate with the Laboratory and Resale teams for waste/product sampling, quality verification, and resale activities.
  • Record process data, monitor plant performance, report deviations, troubleshoot process upsets, and collaborate with the Engineering team to resolve equipment malfunctions and implement preventive measures.
  • Comply with departmental 5S, safety, and SOP requirements, and participate in training programmes to enhance chemical handling, operational, and safety knowledge.

You will need: -

  • NITEC in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent
  • Proficient in basic computer application
