Job Duties:
- Manage and supervise daily site maintenance activities.
- Lead a team of mechanics and technicians in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance works.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control system faults.
- Ensure construction plant and equipment are operating safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimise equipment downtime.
- Coordinate spare parts planning, inventory control, and procurement.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and statutory requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and maintenance personnel.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 30 years of experience in heavy construction equipment maintenance.
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably as a Chief Mechanic or Senior Foreman (E&M).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience supporting diaphragm wall, piling, geotechnical, or underground construction projects will be an advantage.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently under site conditions.
- Good leadership, planning, and team management skills.
