Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to expand management band width by taking over some internal strategic projects’ planning and execution. This would include the responsibility for leading the implementation of new business initiatives, developing new teams/capabilities, or managing complex cross-functional projects worldwide
  • Implement, relentlessly track, and communicate KPls across the functions

  • Overall lead and collaborate across the global regions, teams, and sub-teams to drive impact, overcome challenges, and build capabilities
  • Supports management meetings coordination by developing outstanding management presentations, managing notes, reports, and action items
  • Maintain an active view of the strategic initiative portfolio, assessing viability, priorities, progress and resource requirements, and recommending changes in focus, intervention or sequencing where required.
  • Establish regular execution and accountability rhythm across the ELT, maintaining visibility of commitments, priorities and actions and surfacing issues requiring executive attention.
  • Maintain visibility of executive and organizational capacity against strategic priorities, identifying competing demands and resource constraints and supporting decisions on prioritization and allocation.
  • Lead and provide executive oversight of merger and post-merger integration activities, establishing priorities, governance, accountability and value-delivery plans across functions and geographies.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the PMO, establishing a clear interface and consistent visibility of customer project performance, risks and issues requiring executive intervention.

Requirements

  • Superior analytical and project management capabilities. Proven ability in prioritizing workflows, working independently within tight deadlines, and collaborating across teams that are across different geographies with limited supervision
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects across a wide variety of functional business functions
  • Strong background in business strategy, leadership, and a good understanding of operations in a company

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
