Job Title: Chiropractic clinic assistant

Location: Tampines

Job Type: Full-Time

About Us: At Well-Balanced Family Chiropractic, we are family focused and committed to providing exceptional chiropractic care to our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clinic flow and day to day operations
  • Perform basic treatment modalities with training provided
  • Explain treatment programs
  • Managing patients' appointments
  • Administration duties
  • Attending to patient queries and incoming calls
  • Handling payments and billings
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment

Requirements:

  • Able to work both weekends (5 days work week)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • Working experience in healthcare / hospitality / sales settings is preferred. Training will be provided
  • Team work, organised, multi-tasking, enthusiastic and motivated
