Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Analysis: Create structural blueprints and technical specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software like AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Feasibility Studies: Conduct site investigations, soil and material testing, and environmental impact assessments to ensure stability and safety.
  • Project Management: Prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, set timelines, and allocate resources.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Submit permit applications and ensure all construction adheres to local, state, and federal building codes.
  • Site Supervision: Inspect construction sites regularly to monitor progress, resolve engineering challenges, and verify safety procedures.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, construction managers, contractors, and government officials.
