Job Description:

  • Oversee daily construction activities and makesure work follows project specifications.
  • Monitor workplace hazards and enforce health andsafety regulations, including personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
  • Inspect materials and workmanship to verify theymeet engineering and building standards.
  • Manage on-site laborers and subcontractors tokeep projects on schedule.
  • Track inventory, coordinate material deliveriesand minimize material waste.
  • Maintain daily logs, record worker attendanceand report updates to the project manager.

Job Requirement:

  • Polytechnic diploma or bachelor’s degree incivil engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant local experience inCivil Engineering projects.
  • Proven on-site supervisory experience in roadconstruction or civil infrastructure projects.
  • Relevant safety credentials (such as BuildingConstruction Supervisor Safety or first aid/CPR).
  • Ability to read autocad drawings and blueprints,strong leadership, effective communication and problem-solving aptitude.
