The posting

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with a Civil & Structural engineering background to join our team and work closely with our Civil & Structural consultants and project stakeholders.

This position is specifically for candidates with relevant Civil & Structural experience in Singapore.

The Role

You will be involved in the day-to-day coordination of Civil & Structural projects, working with clients, contractors and consultants to follow up on project matters and keep things moving.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders on day-to-day Civil & Structural project matters.
  • Attend client meetings, site meetings and site visits where required.
  • Follow up on project queries, outstanding information and action items.
  • Be familiar with Singapore Civil & Structural requirements, regulations and project procedures, and have a general understanding of what is required at different stages of a project.
  • Coordinate with consultants and relevant parties on drawings, documents, and project requirements.
  • Assist the Civil & Structural team with general project coordination and administrative matters where required.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of relevant Civil & Structural experience in Singapore.
  • Candidates with a Civil & Structural engineering background, preferably with experience in a Civil & Structural consultancy environment.
  • Good understanding of the general workflow, regulations and procedures of Civil & Structural projects.
  • Able to understand and communicate on Civil & Structural project matters with clients, contractors and consultants.
  • Comfortable attending meetings and site visits and following up on matters independently.
  • Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple ongoing project matters.

What You Can Expect

  • Salary: S$3,500 – S$5,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
  • Hands-on involvement in Civil & Structural projects.
  • Direct interaction with clients, contractors and consultants.
  • Exposure to project coordination from initial requirements through to site follow-up.
  • Transport reimbursement for work-related travel and site visits.
