Designation: Claims & Scheme Support Officer

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Location: Singapore Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM & Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Claims & Scheme Support Officer to support bill and claim verification, scheme administration, public enquiries, appeals processing and related administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify bills and claims against system records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Review supporting documents and conduct sampling checks where required.
  • Follow up with suppliers and partners regarding missing information or supporting documents.
  • Handle enquiries from members of the public and external stakeholders.
  • Support appeals processing by reviewing relevant information and preparing appeal assessments.
  • Process changes and updates relating to approved assistance scheme applicants.
  • Maintain accurate hardcopy and electronic records.
  • Track claims, applications and processing status using Microsoft Excel or relevant systems.
  • Support data analysis, reporting and other administrative activities.
  • Provide ad hoc operational and outreach support when required.

Requirements

  • GCE 'A' Level with at least 3 passes, Diploma or recognised equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in any of the following:
  1. Bill/Claim Verification
  2. Appeal Reviews
  3. Enquiry Handling
  4. Data Management
  5. Administration / Customer Service
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Good communication and stakeholder-handling skills.
  • Professional and courteous manner when dealing with members of the public and external stakeholders.
