What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Hands-on – You are willing to get your hands dirty and lead by example.

Detail-oriented – You notice the small things others may miss.

Responsible – You take ownership of the site rather than simply completing assigned tasks.

People-oriented – You know how to motivate and guide a team respectfully.

Customer-focused – You understand that the customer’s experience matters just as much as the cleaning itself.

Problem-solving – When something goes wrong on-site, you stay calm, assess the situation and escalate appropriately.

⸻

Performance Expectations

The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of:

  • Cleaning quality
  • Team productivity
  • Job completion within the allocated time
  • Proper allocation of manpower
  • Equipment readiness
  • Site safety
  • Customer experience
  • Final QC before handover
  • Accurate reporting of issues and out-of-scope conditions

The goal is not simply to finish the job — it is to leave the site at a standard that we are proud to put the Chowa name behind.

⸻

Working Environment

This is a hands-on operational role.

You will spend the majority of your time on cleaning sites rather than in an office. The role involves driving, lifting equipment, walking, bending, kneeling and performing cleaning work alongside the team.

You should be comfortable working in different residential and commercial environments and adapting to different site conditions.

⸻

Why Join Chowa Cleaning?

  • Be part of a growing local cleaning company.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of operations and grow into a larger supervisory role.
  • Hands-on role with direct impact on service quality.
  • Training and development in professional cleaning techniques and site management.
  • Work with a team that values quality, reliability and customer service.

If you take pride in doing a job properly and enjoy leading a team, we’d love to hear from you.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
