Job Summary

You will support the credit agent team by processing car loan applications, managing administrative tasks, and liaising with banks, customers, and dealers to ensure smooth loan processing and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Process car loan applications through WhatsApp, Email, and AI platforms to ensure timely submission and follow-up
  • Organize and manage digital files by creating folders, saving documents correctly, and exporting files as Word or PDF for easy retrieval
  • Use Microsoft Excel to perform data entry, copy and paste functions, basic calculations, and apply formulas such as SUM to maintain accurate records
  • Utilize Microsoft Word to prepare and format documents required for loan processing and communication
  • Perform daily administrative tasks including invoicing and updating loan status to support operational efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with bank officers, customers, and dealers to track and update loan application progress
  • Correspond with Chinese-speaking associates and customers to facilitate clear and accurate communication
