• Understand clients’ investment objectives, risk profiles and wealth needs, and provide suitable investment advice and solutions in accordance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements. • Build long-term client relationships through regular portfolio reviews, market engagement and proactive identification of investment opportunities. • Deliver a high standard of client service while identifying opportunities to deepen wallet share and broaden client relationships.

Investment Solutions

• Provide and facilitate investment solutions across equities, fixed income, funds, structured products and other relevant wealth and capital-markets products. • Work closely with internal product, research and investment specialists to translate market views and investment ideas into actionable client solutions. • Leverage CGSI’s broader securities, institutional, investment banking and regional capabilities to deliver differentiated solutions to clients.

• Contribute actively to the growth and development of CGSI’s Private Wealth franchise, including client events, partnerships, referral initiatives and other business-development activities. • Collaborate with other business units and regional teams to identify appropriate cross-referral and client opportunities. • Operate effectively within a growing and entrepreneurial Private Wealth platform, taking ownership of client acquisition, relationship development and business outcomes.

Governance

• Ensure all client activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, suitability standards, KYC/AML requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Useful / advantageous

•Existing network of HNW individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners and/or senior professionals in Singapore and ASEAN.

• Experience across equities, fixed income, structured products, funds and other investment products.

• Experience within Priority/Premier Banking, Private Wealth, securities wealth management, EAM, family office or other relevant HNW client-facing businesses.

• Relevant CMFAS qualifications and experience in regulated advisory activities would be advantageous.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant client-facing experience in wealth management, priority/premier banking, private banking, securities, investment advisory or a related financial-services role.

· Candidates should preferably demonstrate a track record of personally originating and developing client relationships rather than predominantly managing an assigned or inherited client portfolio.

· Candidates with less traditional wealth-management backgrounds but a strong track record in HNW client acquisition, investments and business development may also be considered.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline preferred. • Relevant professional qualifications and regulatory certifications would be advantageous. • Candidates must possess, or be able to obtain, the relevant regulatory qualifications required to conduct advisory activities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
