Looking for more than just a routine admin job?

Join a growing professional advisory team where you’ll work closely with experienced advisors and gain exposure to client management, business operations, communication and professional development.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to build strong workplace skills while exploring what a career in professional advisory could look like.

Your Role

You will support the team with:

Coordinating client appointments and meetings

Managing schedules, records and documentation

Preparing reports, presentations and meeting materials

Following up on administrative matters

Assisting with client and team communications

Supporting team events and business activities

Assisting with social media and simple content coordination

Working with internal departments when required

Providing day-to-day support to the advisory team

Who We’re Looking For

We care more about attitude and potential than having years of experience.

You may be a good fit if you are:

A fresh graduate or undergraduate

Looking for a career change

Currently working in an administrative or customer-facing role

Comfortable speaking with people

Organised and detail-oriented

Proactive and willing to learn

What We Offer

Salary: $2,800 – $3,500/month, depending on experience

Working Days: Monday – Friday
