diamonds, bespoke fine jewelry, and exceptional gemstone pieces. We are looking for a

sharp, forward-thinking individual to join our Singapore team.

We are expanding rapidly and need a talented coordinator who can not only manage

daily client interactions and content, but also leverage modern AI tools to streamline our

operations, scale our marketing, and take M&B to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship &; Lead Conversion

Social Media & WhatsApp Management: Actively engage with incoming inquiries across Instagram and WhatsApp with speed, expertise, and precision.

Lead Nurturing: Convert cold digital leads into boutique appointments and remote sales.

2. Content Coordination & Social Media

 Video & Photo Editing: Edit raw video footage and photos according to M&B’s established brand guidelines and aesthetic.

 Publishing & Scheduling: Upload and manage content on a regular, disciplined schedule across our social media platforms.

 Engagement Tracking: Keep our digital community active and responsive.

3. AI Integration & Tech Innovation

 Future-Proofing M&B: Actively experiment with new AI technologies and digital workflows to keep our brand ahead of the industry curve.

4. Showroom Operations & Sales

 Frontal Sales: Welcome clients to the Singapore showroom, providing an insider-level sales experience .

 Daily Shop Tasks: Maintain showroom presentation, handle jewelry inventory, and assist with daily operational setups.

Qualifications & Requirements

 Proven Sales & Communication Skills: Confident in both face-to-face and over text communication (WhatsApp/IG DMs) .

 Content Creation Skills: Practical experience with mobile video editing apps (e.g. CapCut, Canve ) and a strong eye for luxury visual aesthetics.

 Passion for Jewelry: Genuine interest in natural diamonds, gemstones, and high-end manufacturing.

 Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (Mandarin is a strong advantage for servicing our local and international clientele).
