About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Supervisor to join our growing client business team. You will work closely with internal creative, content, and media teams to deliver high-quality results on time, while building strong client relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about brand marketing and digital communications to grow their career in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Communication & Relationship Management Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned brand clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries and feedback. Accurately capture, document, and translate client requirements into actionable internal briefs. Proactively manage client expectations and flag potential issues or opportunities to the senior team
  2. Proposal & Content Writing Draft social media communication plans, campaign proposals, and activity execution decks Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute content ideas tailored to the brand's tone and platform characteristics
  3. KOL Selection & Management Identify, screen, and recommend KOLs / KOCs based on project objectives, brand positioning, and target audience Monitor KOL content delivery and publication, ensuring quality and brand compliance
  4. Project Execution & Timeline Management Create and maintain project execution schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables across multiple workstreams Coordinate cross-functional resources including creative, design, copywriting, and media teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or in-house marketing team; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply

Skills & Competencies

  • Language: Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential, as the role requires liaising with Chinese-speaking clients and regional teams
  • Writing: Strong copywriting and proposal drafting skills; ability to adapt tone and style across different brands and platforms
  • Digital Literacy: Familiarity with major social media platforms(X, Facebook, Instagram) and their content ecosystems
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with social media analytics tools is a plus
