Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations and ensure smooth patient care delivery. Join a supportive team with great work-life balance and career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Register patients accurately and schedule appointments to optimize clinic flow
  • Collect payments efficiently while maintaining accurate transaction records
  • Assist doctors in treatment rooms by preparing equipment and supporting patient care
  • Manage stock and consumables by monitoring inventory levels and replenishing supplies promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of clinic areas to ensure a safe environment
  • Update and maintain medical records using Clinic Management Software to ensure data accuracy
  • Perform ad hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned by Centre Manager or Clinic Manager
