We’re Hiring: Front Desk Executive

Teehee Dental Works | 111 Somerset, Orchard

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and hardworking Front Desk Executive with a great attitude and prior dental clinic experience.

You’ll be the first person our patients meet, helping them feel welcome while keeping appointments, communications and daily front desk operations running smoothly.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome and assist patients: Handle registration, check-ins and enquiries with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage appointments and communications: Coordinate bookings, send reminders, and respond promptly to phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
  • Handle payments and administration: Process payments, prepare invoices and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Coordinate with the clinical team: Work closely with our dentists and nurses to manage patient flow, communicate waiting times and ensure a smooth patient experience.

What we’re looking for

  • Prior experience in a dental clinic is essential. You should be familiar with dental front desk operations, appointment scheduling and patient coordination.
  • A great attitude and strong work ethic: You’re hardworking, dependable, proactive and willing to support your colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and people skills: You’re patient, professional and able to stay calm during busy periods.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail: You’re comfortable using clinic software, keeping records accurate and handling payments carefully.
