Job Summary

You will explain and guide doctors and surgeons on medical product usage, provide clinical support in operating theatres, and deliver in-service training to enhance product knowledge and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Explain and demonstrate the correct usage of medical products and devices to doctors and surgeons
  • Provide clinical support to doctors and surgeons during operations involving medical products and devices
  • Educate healthcare professionals through in-service training sessions on assigned products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and nurses to ensure effective product use and client satisfaction
  • Deliver excellent service to existing clients by addressing their needs and inquiries promptly
  • Collaborate proactively with the sales team to support business growth and client engagement
  • Understand, comprehend, and present technical information on assigned products clearly and accurately

Required competencies and certifications

  • Possess a valid Singapore Nursing Board license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Previous experience working in an operating theatre environment
  • Self-motivated and responsible attitude
  • Pleasant personality with effective communication skills
