About BFF Distribution

BFF Distribution is a Singapore-based food ingredients and beverage solutions company serving the F&B, café, restaurant, retail and foodservice sectors.

We work directly with established manufacturing partners in China and across Asia, bringing innovative beverage and dessert products into Singapore and the wider Southeast Asian market.

Our portfolio includes barista coconut milk, dairy and beverage bases, grass jelly, konnyaku products, popping boba, toppings, fruit products and other foodservice ingredients.

As our business expands, we are looking for a capable and hands-on Commercial Admin / Sales Operations Executive to support our commercial team and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, invoices and related documentation
  • Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, samples and outstanding matters
  • Coordinate with suppliers, factories, warehouse, logistics partners and customers
  • Maintain pricing, product specifications, customer records and sales documentation
  • Support import/shipping documentation and inventory coordination
  • Assist with product samples, new product launches and customer presentations
  • Prepare simple sales reports, price comparisons and commercial information
  • Support management in following up on key accounts and business opportunities
  • Communicate with overseas suppliers, particularly manufacturers in China
  • Assist with basic product listings, marketing materials and online platforms when required
  • Ensure commercial and administrative matters are followed through accurately and on time

What We Are Looking For

  • Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing or related field
  • Experience in commercial administration, sales coordination, customer service, trading or FMCG/F&B is an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and general office applications
  • Comfortable communicating with customers and suppliers
  • English and Mandarin communication ability is useful, as the role involves coordination with Chinese-speaking manufacturing partners
  • Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple follow-ups
  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
  • Honest, reliable and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently in a growing SME environment

Career Development

The successful candidate will gain exposure to sales operations, international sourcing, supply chain, key accounts, product development and Southeast Asian market expansion.

As the company grows, a strong performer may progress into Commercial Executive, Key Account, Sales Operations or Regional Business Development responsibilities.
