We are currently seeking a highcalibre professional to join our team as a Commercial Execution andBusiness Performance, IWPB.

In this role you will need:

  • Act as a China SME and work with regional & Singapore teams to drive international business initiatives, including the development of the proposition, offerings, journey and process enhancements, and customer experience improvements, etc.
  • Support regional office in the overall program management to ensure clear roadmap to success, close tracking of progress, timely identification of risk, and effective roll out of key deliverables.
  • Exchange with Singapore team the best practice of business performance and sales management. Explore potential opportunities for business improvement.
  • Strengthen collaboration with internal stakeholders, focusing on Singapore and China frontline engagement, to remove frictions in process and continuously deliver customer value.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business.

To be successful you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong understanding of Chinese customer needs
  • Experience in distribution business performance and sales management
  • Strong project management skills. Ability to solve problems promptly and effectively.
  • Familiar with the Bank governance procedure
  • Capability of cross-market collaboration
