The posting
- Provide operational and administrative support for community-based health screening programmes
- Coordinate participant registration, scheduling, and event assignments
- Manage event logistics and support smooth execution of screening activities
- Handle enquiries from members of the public and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate databases and process participant data before and after events
- Support follow-up coordination and appointment arrangements where required
- Assist with planning and coordination of community outreach and engagement events
- Deploy onsite for events, site visits, and public engagement activities
- Support staff rostering and event calendar coordination
- Prepare reports, documentation, and meeting support materials
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health / Social Service or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
