  • Assist with regulatory reviews, compliance monitoring and audit requests, including the preparation and retrieval of relevant due diligence documentation.
  • Monitor changes in MAS regulations, AML/KYC requirements and sanctions-related expectations, supporting updates to internal processes where required.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of due diligence procedures, controls, workflows and documentation standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, Compliance, Risk Management or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in due diligence, KYC, AML, compliance, client onboarding, financial crime or regulatory risk.
  • Experience working with banks, insurance companies, financial institutions, payment companies or other regulated businesses is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of KYC, AML/CFT, sanctions screening, beneficial ownership and customer/business partner due diligence.
  • Practical knowledge of MAS regulatory requirements and Singapore's financial services regulatory environment.
  • Experience using World-Check or similar screening and due diligence platforms.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to assess information, identify risk indicators and make appropriate escalations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple due diligence reviews and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly when working with regional and cross-border teams.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a Hong Kong-based regional due diligence function.
  • Proficient in using compliance software and tools (e.g., World-Check).
  • Candidates with CAMS, ICA or other relevant compliance/AML certifications will be advantageous.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
