Job Title: Construction Manager Company: Honrise Solutions Pte. Ltd. Location: Singapore

Job Summary

Manage construction projects and daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget and according to approved drawings and quality standards. Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to deliver project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee construction activities, project schedules and site progress.
  • Allocate manpower, materials and equipment according to project needs.
  • Supervise site supervisors, workers and subcontractors, ensuring clear instructions and effective coordination.
  • Review drawings, specifications and work methods before execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants and main contractors on work sequencing, technical issues and project changes.
  • Monitor project costs, material usage and subcontractor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable workplace safety requirements, site procedures and permit conditions.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify defects and oversee corrective work.
  • Manage deliveries and procurement to minimise delays and material shortages.
  • Prepare progress reports and maintain site records, including manpower deployment and completed works.
  • Attend project meetings and resolve site
