Job Title: Construction Supervisor Company: Honrise Solutions Pte Ltd Location: Singapore

Job Summary

Oversee daily construction site activities, coordinate workers and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site operations and allocate work to construction workers.
  • Coordinate with the Construction Manager, engineers and subcontractors on work schedules and site requirements.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and explain work requirements to the site team.
  • Monitor workmanship and ensure construction follows approved drawings and specifications.
  • Track daily progress, identify delays and report issues to the Construction Manager.
  • Arrange manpower, materials, tools and equipment for scheduled work.
  • Conduct daily briefings and reinforce site safety procedures.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Identify unsafe conditions and escalate incidents or hazards promptly.
  • Maintain daily records of manpower attendance, work progress and material usage.
  • Coordinate inspections, rectify defects and support project handover.

Requirements

  • Relevant construction qualification or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience supervising construction site activities.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and understand work sequences.
  • Good knowledge of construction methods, workmanship and site safety practices.
  • Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with workers, subcontractors and project teams.
  • Relevant safety training or supervisory certifications preferred.
