ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator Executive to join our Marketing Team.

This role will be responsible for capturing, creating and producing engaging visual content across our brands and venues, with a strong focus on photography, videography, short-form video and social media content.

You will work closely with the Marketing Executives, Designers and venue teams to translate campaigns, events, food, drinks, nightlife and brand moments into content that people want to watch, share and engage with.

This is not purely a photography or videography role. We are looking for someone who understands content from a marketing perspective — what works on Instagram and TikTok, how to create strong hooks, how to capture content for campaigns, and how to turn everyday moments into engaging social content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Creation

  • Conceptualise, shoot and produce engaging content for the company's brands and venues.
  • Create Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, short-form videos, photography and other social-first content.
  • Develop creative content concepts based on campaigns, promotions, events and current social trends.
  • Turn marketing briefs into content that is visually strong, engaging and aligned with each brand's identity.
  • Create both planned campaign content and spontaneous/reactive content.

2. Photography & Videography

  • Conduct regular photography and videography shoots across the company's venues.
  • Capture:
  • Food and beverage
  • Cocktails and product shots
  • Venue interiors and atmosphere
  • Events and nightlife
  • DJs and entertainment
  • Guests and lifestyle moments
  • Behind-the-scenes content
  • Brand activations and partnerships
  • Understand lighting, framing, composition and visual storytelling.
  • Capture content appropriately for different formats including 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9.
  • Ensure sufficient content is captured during shoots to support ongoing social media requirements.

3. Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other digital platforms.
  • Add music, transitions, captions, graphics and other elements where required.
  • Colour-correct and retouch photography.
  • Adapt content into multiple versions and formats for different platforms.
  • Maintain an organised content library of raw and edited photos/videos.

4. Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Support Marketing Executives in the execution of social media calendars and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with posting and scheduling content across social platforms when required.
  • Write or assist with basic social media captions and content copy.
  • Understand the objective behind campaigns and create content accordingly — whether the goal is awareness, engagement, reservations, ticket sales or event attendance.
  • Assist with influencer/KOL shoots, media visits, collaborations and brand activations.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure sufficient content is available ahead of key campaigns and launches.

5. Trend & Content Research

  • Stay up to date with TikTok, Instagram Reels and wider social media trends.
  • Regularly identify trending formats, sounds, editing styles, hooks and content ideas that can be adapted for our brands.
  • Monitor hospitality, nightlife, F&B and lifestyle content locally and internationally.
  • Proactively pitch new content ideas rather than waiting for briefs.

6. Events & On-Ground Coverage

As our brands operate within the hospitality, F&B and nightlife space, the Content Creator Executive will be required to capture content during selected:

  • Events
  • Parties and nightlife programming
  • Restaurant activations
  • Brand partnerships
  • Product launches
  • Media and influencer events
  • Special campaigns

Some shoots may take place during evenings, weekends or public holidays, depending on the event calendar.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Film, Photography, Digital Media or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Prior experience in content creation, photography and videography.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and short-form video work.
  • Comfortable shooting with both professional cameras and mobile phones.
  • Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop or similar photo-editing software.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and social-first content.
  • Basic understanding of marketing, branding and social media management.
  • Able to work independently during shoots and manage multiple content requirements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands and stakeholders.
  • Strong creative eye with good attention to detail.
  • Able to work flexible hours when required for events and nightlife content.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who is:

A Creator — You naturally see opportunities for content.

A Shooter — You know how to make food, drinks, spaces and people look good on camera.

An Editor — You can turn raw footage into polished, engaging content quickly.

Social-First — You understand that a beautiful video isn't enough; it needs to make someone stop scrolling.

Marketing-Minded — You understand that content ultimately needs to support a campaign, brand or commercial objective.

Proactive — You don't wait for someone to tell you every shot to take. You see something happening and know, "We should capture this."

Fast & Adaptable — You can move between a restaurant shoot in the afternoon, an event in the evening and editing social content the next day.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
