About Feel Fresh

Two founders, a Singapore oral-care brand, and nobody between us and the customer. We make a peroxide-free whitening kit, a stain remover mouthwash, ultrasonic and UV cleaners for retainers and aligners, water flossers and toothbrush sterilisers. We sell on our own site and on TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada, and Malaysia is next.

The Straits Times, CNA and Mothership wrote about us without being pitched. Dentists started recommending the products because patients brought them into appointments. All of it was built on content we made ourselves.

We are a multi-million-dollar brand that still runs on content: a script, a phone, a shoot, an ad that works. We are looking for the person who runs that engine.

The job, honestly

You own what we say and how we say it. You decide what gets filmed this month, you write the scripts, you run the shoot days, and you sit with the numbers afterwards to see which version actually made people buy. Then you do it again, better.

You will work shoulder to shoulder with the two founders. Ideas get decided in a conversation, not in a deck. Pitch something on Monday and it can be filmed on Wednesday and live on Friday.

In a typical month you might

- Write 10 to 20 short-form scripts and pick the five worth shooting.

- Run 2 to 3 shoot days: street interviews, founder pieces, product demos.

- Plan the campaign around a launch: the angle, the assets, what each channel gets.

- Read the ad account with our performance marketer and work out why the winner won.

- Find the next format before everyone else copies the current one.

You would be right for this if

- You have 1 to 2 years of content, social or video work behind you and a portfolio you are proud of.

- You can tell within three seconds why a video will work, and you can say why.

- You would rather own one brand properly than juggle six accounts.

- Your camera roll is full of references and half-finished ideas.

- You want to be measured on results, not on effort.

The deal

- S$3,500 to S$5,000 a month, depending on what you bring.

- A direct line to the founders and to the numbers behind the work.

- A brand with real reach: national press, dentist-recommended products, four marketplaces and a Malaysia launch.

- Room to build the content function, and the team under it, as we grow.
