The posting

💰 $5,000–$6,000/month 📄 1-year contract Working hour: 5 days Office hour

Job Scope: • Manage indirect and CAPEX purchasing activities • Review PRs and manage end-to-end PR-to-PO process • Conduct 3-bid / RFx exercises and supplier evaluations • Create POs, follow up on delivery and resolve purchasing issues • Maintain procurement data in SAP • Work with suppliers, AP and internal stakeholders on invoice / GRIR matters • Support supplier negotiations and performance management • Promote use of SAP Ariba and approved purchasing channels

Requirements: • Min. Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain or related field • Min. 5 years of indirect / CAPEX procurement experience • Strong knowledge of PR-to-PO, RFx and supplier management • Hands-on SAP ERP experience required • SAP Ariba experience highly preferred • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
