📍 Joo Koon 🕒 Mon–Fri, 8am–5.15pm 💰 Up to $3,800/month 📅 1-Year Contract

💼 Responsibilities • Maintain Quality Management Systems and support GxP / GMP compliance • Manage SOPs, document control, change controls and CAPAs • Support GMP training, self-inspections and audit readiness activities • Monitor QMS events and follow up on timely closure • Support supplier quality activities and quality documentation • Maintain data integrity and assist with quality reporting • Coordinate with stakeholders on quality-related matters

📝 Requirements • Minimum Diploma • Relevant Quality / QMS experience in a regulated environment • Familiar with TrackWise, eDMS or similar QMS systems • Knowledge of CAPA, change control and document management processes • Strong documentation and coordination skills • Meticulous with good attention to detail
