The posting

Job Descriptions:

  • Calculation of sales incentives for assigned sales portfolio and assist with the day-to-day operational activities for Sales Incentives
  • Analyse sales performance and provide value-added insights to management and sales head.
  • Assess effectiveness of incentive scheme design against business targets and strategic outcomes
  • Design effective incentive scheme with use of balanced scorecards to drive sales performance and behaviour
  • Take lead in assigned portfolio’s annual incentive planning process - Analysis of historical sales behaviour/ trend, scenario simulations & cost-income analysis
  • Assist with data massaging, data validation and feature engineering for Raw datasets.
  • Drive process improvement through process streamlining and automation
  • Assist with User Acceptance Test (when required).
  • Document procedure changes to ensure that as an organization we are audit compliant.
  • Resolve queries from the front-end sales force in a quick and effective manner.

Period: 1 year contract

Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Salary: Up to $4500 + CB

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline – Finance / Accountancy / Mathematics/ Economic/ Statistics
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Incentive/ Performance teams in any financial institution preferred
  • Good technical skills will be of an advantage (MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, VBA, Python).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi-task and possess the drive to learn.
  • Possess strong commercial judgement, professional maturity and results orientation.
  • Excellent communication - influencing, analytical and decision-making skills
