The posting

📍 Near Eunos 💰 $3,500–$4,000/month 🕒 Mon–Thu: 8:30am–6pm 🕒 Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm 📋 Working hours subject to duty roster 📅 1-Year Contract

💼 Responsibilities • Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) as assigned • Troubleshoot electrical faults and reinstate power supply • Recommend preventive measures to minimise recurring electrical issues • Troubleshoot air-conditioning faults and restore systems to normal operation • Carry out general building and equipment maintenance • Attend to burst water pipes, mechanical systems, medical gas systems and other facilities equipment • Maintain accurate and timely maintenance documentation • Coordinate and manage contractors and vendors • Support facilities monitoring, reporting and coordination activities

📝 Requirements • Min. Higher NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Management or related discipline • Hands-on technical troubleshooting and maintenance skills • Comfortable working within a hospital facilities environment • Able to work according to duty roster requirements
