We are hiring Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to be outsourced to our clients from reputable organisations.

Job Responsibilities:

* Support recruitment for contract positions and internship hiring.

* Support manufacturing recruitment depending on hiring volume.

* Develop an understanding of manufacturing processes and manpower requirements to support recruitment needs effectively.

* Coordinate and support talent acquisition activities as required.

* Engage and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma

Able and willing to learn manufacturing processes quickly.

People-oriented with a strong interest in recruitment and candidate engagement.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Able to commit to working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm.

Hybrid working arrangement available; not required to be in the office daily.

Able to commit to contract duration: 12 months.
