The posting

Casa Vostra is a premium quick-serving Italian restaurant known for quality ingredients, bold flavours, and a lively dining experience. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Cook to join our kitchen team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced, and high-volume environment, and who has experience in Italian cuisine, particularly pizza and/or pasta.

Locations: Raffles City, Wisma Atria, JEM, Tampines Mall

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook Italian dishes, with a focus on pasta and/or pizza
  • Assist in running assigned kitchen stations during service
  • Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation according to Casa Vostra standards
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining speed and accuracy
  • Carry out mise en place and daily kitchen preparation
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in compliance with NEA regulations
  • Assist with stock handling, food storage, and minimising wastage
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a cook or similar kitchen role
  • Ability to perform well in a high-volume, quick-service restaurant environment
  • Basic understanding of kitchen operations and workflow
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards in Singapore
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and team-oriented

  • Experience in premium casual or quick-service restaurant concepts
  • Passion for Italian food and kitchen operations
  • Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service periods
  • Willingness to learn and grow
