The posting

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Corporate Sales & Events Executive to join our team. This dynamic role combines corporate sales, client relationship management and event coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and being part of exciting events within the F&B, luxury and lifestyle space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on leads from corporate clients, event partners and key accounts
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and respond to sales enquiries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Work towards monthly sales targets and identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate and support corporate/private events, tastings and brand activations
  • Liaise with clients, venues, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
  • Coordinate event logistics, including stock, displays and event materials
  • Provide on-site event support when required, including occasional evenings/weekends
  • Maintain sales pipeline/CRM records and coordinate invoicing and post-event documentation
  • Support other sales, marketing and operational activities as required

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, events or hospitality preferred
  • Confident and comfortable engaging with people across different industries
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in wines, spirits, premium F&B or lifestyle events would be an advantage
