The posting

We are looking for a business support executive to provide comprehensive corporate secretarial support to ensure the smooth and efficient management of day-to-day business operations. The role requires the candidate to be highly organised and meticulous.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide business administration support including corporate secretarial support, incorporation and board resolution documentation matters

• Facilitate and obtain approvals from management for Corporate Management and Governance workflows

• Tracking key milestones for the organisation’s development and investment projects, ensuring the submission of project reports

• Support project administration, workflows and ensure timely documentation of key project milestones

• Monitor the execution and tracking of governance documents and investment agreements

• Organise travel arrangements such as booking of hotel, flight, tickets, and car rental

• Maintain and update project and legal documentations as per team's instruction

Job Requirements:

•Mininimum 5 years of experience in a business administration coordination role

•Direct experience with corporate secretarial matters is advantageous

•Strong organisational and time management skills

•Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality

•Ability to keep professional discretion and confidentiality
