Established in early 2026, our Singapore branch provides one-stop landing services including incorporation, visas, banking, bookkeeping, tax, and licensing.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage full secretarial workflows: ACRA filings, company incorporation, annual returns, and corporate status changes.

· Ensure client compliance with the Singapore Companies Act and CSP standards.

· Prepare corporate documentation, reports, and tracking sheets using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Liaise directly with clients and Singapore authorities (ACRA, IRAS, banks).

Key Requirements

· Knowledge of Singapore company incorporation, ACRA regulations, and secretarial processes.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).

· Prior secretarial experience in a CSP or professional service firm.

· Fluent in English and Mandarin for bilingual client communication.
