Corporate Wellness Business Development & Partnerships Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven and commercially minded individual to support the growth and development of our Corporate Wellness initiatives.

The ideal candidate enjoys building meaningful partnerships, identifying business opportunities and working closely with organisations to develop health and wellness solutions that support employee wellbeing.

This role combines business development, corporate partnerships, client relationship management and programme coordination. You will be responsible for developing new corporate opportunities while working with clients and partners to create engaging and impactful wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Corporate Partnerships

  • Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate wellness space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners and key stakeholders.
  • Proactively engage organisations to explore opportunities for employee wellness initiatives, health campaigns and engagement programmes.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand organisational needs and recommend suitable wellness solutions.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective corporate clients.
  • Support negotiations and manage the business development process from initial engagement through to partnership development.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop new revenue streams.
  • Build strategic partnerships with wellness providers, industry stakeholders and service partners.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a key point of contact for corporate clients and ensure a positive and seamless partnership experience.
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients' workforce wellness objectives and business needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the planning and execution of wellness initiatives.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for continued collaboration.

Programme Development & Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams, wellness practitioners and external partners to develop and implement corporate wellness programmes.
  • Coordinate initiatives such as health screenings, wellness workshops, fitness activities and employee engagement events.
  • Assist with programme planning, logistics and execution.
  • Ensure wellness programmes are delivered effectively and meet the objectives of participating organisations.
  • Work closely with partners to tailor initiatives according to client requirements.

Market Research & Industry Insights

  • Stay informed on workplace wellness trends, employee engagement initiatives and industry developments.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for business growth.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Share insights and recommendations to support the development of new wellness solutions and strategies.

Performance Tracking & Business Growth

  • Track business development activities, client engagement and partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor programme participation, engagement levels and client feedback.
  • Prepare reports and summaries on programme outcomes and business development performance.
  • Analyse results and identify opportunities to improve client engagement, programme effectiveness and revenue growth.
  • Support the development and refinement of business development strategies.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, wellness practitioners and external stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Coordinate effectively with partners to maintain a high-quality client experience.
  • Share market insights, client feedback and best practices with the wider team.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives that support the growth of the Corporate Wellness business.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, corporate partnerships, account management or client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience conducting client meetings, presentations and solution discussions.
  • Ability to understand client needs and develop tailored recommendations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Commercially minded with an interest in business growth and client development.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
