Creative Intern: Cintra Consultancy Location: Singapore Employment Type: Internship (6 Months, with conversion to full-time career path)
Cintra Consultancy is a business consultancy that helps brands grow through strategy, content and digital marketing. We combine creative thinking with business objectives to develop content and campaigns that connect with audiences and support our clients’ growth.
We’re looking for a Creative Intern who is curious, resourceful and excited about social media and storytelling. You’ll work alongside our creative and account teams, gaining experience across the content process, from researching ideas and developing concepts to supporting shoots and editing content.
You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’re looking for someone with initiative, a willingness to learn and the drive to turn feedback into better work.
In this role, you will:
- Research trends and audiences: Explore social media trends, content formats and competitor activity to suggest relevant ideas for different brands.
- Develop creative concepts: Participate in brainstorms and contribute ideas for short-form videos, social media posts and campaigns.
- Scripting and planning: Help prepare video hooks, scripts, captions, storyboards, shot lists and presentation decks.
- Shoots: Support preparation, props, basic equipment setup and on-set coordination, and capture behind-the-scenes content where needed.
- Create and edit content: Produce video edits and social media visuals under the team’s guidance, including subtitles, music and platform-specific formatting. (Proficient in editing tools is a plus)
- Refine work through feedback: Apply revisions and check content for spelling, visual consistency and alignment with the client’s brief.
- Keep projects organised: Maintain content files, references and working documents, and communicate progress or blockers early.
- Learn from performance: Help review published content and identify ideas worth testing in future posts.
You’ll be a good fit if you:
- Have an interest in content creation, advertising, design, filmmaking or digital marketing.
- Understand how people use platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn, and are curious about what makes content effective.
- Can communicate ideas clearly and adapt your writing to different brands and audiences.
- Have basic familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or Photoshop. You do not need to know every tool.
- Are organised, dependable, open to feedback and comfortable collaborating on projects with deadlines.
- Are willing to support shoots and take on practical tasks alongside creative work.
Students, recent graduates and applicants with relevant personal projects are welcome. Previous agency experience is not required.
You’ll gain exposure to real client briefs, feedback from experienced team members and practical experience connecting creative ideas to business goals.
To apply, submit your CV, availability and preferred internship duration. Include a portfolio or examples of your work if available, school assignments, personal videos, designs and social media projects are welcome.
