Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Multimedia Designer to supportour studio across marketing, branding, multimedia production, and game-relatedmarketing creative.

This role requires more than strong design execution. Youwill work closely with the Product, Marketing, Game Art, and other relevantstakeholders to understand the overall objective, target audience, gamepositioning, product features, and campaign direction before developingcreative concepts and producing final artwork.

You should be able to understand the bigger picture,contribute ideas proactively, and translate product and marketing objectivesinto strong visual communication across multiple formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Product Manager to understand campaign objectives, product positioning, target audiences, communication goals, and overall business direction.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual ideas based on a clear understanding of the product, game, campaign objectives, target market, and intended audience.
  • Collaborate with the Game Art team to understand each game’s visual direction, characters, features, and player experience.
  • Translate game features, key selling points, and campaign messages into engaging visual communication for both B2B and player-facing marketing.
  • Create marketing assets for social media, websites, digital advertising, CRM and mass communication, exhibitions, events, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage website and content updates using agency-provided contents, adapting assets where needed and reviewing content with Marketing and Product teams to ensure accuracy before publication.
  • Produce a range of multimedia content, including static graphics, animated banners, short-form videos, motion graphics, game teasers, trailers, and promotional content.
  • Use game assets provided by the Game Art team to develop marketing and promotional materials while maintaining the original game’s visual identity.
  • Adapt game assets and marketing materials into different sizes, formats, languages, placements, and channel requirements.
  • Ensure marketing creatives accurately represent the game’s features, mechanics, and player experience.
  • Develop, maintain, and apply the studio’s brand identity and Visual Identity (VI) consistently across marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Contribute creative ideas for game launches, campaign concepts, promotional themes, content series, exhibitions, and brand communication.
  • Ensure all creative output is visually consistent, brand-aligned, and appropriate for the intended audience and communication channel.
  • Manage multiple creative projects and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to deliver artwork according to product launch, campaign, and marketing timelines.

Creative & Product Understanding

The designer should not work only from a design brief. Weexpect the candidate to understand:

  • What the product market is trying to achieve.
  • Who the target player or customer is.
  • What differentiates the game from other titles.
  • Which features or selling points should be emphasized.
  • What the marketing campaign is intended to achieve.
  • How creative execution should change depending on the channel, market, audience, and campaign objective.

The designer should be comfortable discussing ideas withMarketing, Product, and Game Art teams, clarifying or challenging briefs wherenecessary, and proposing stronger creative approaches.

Technical & Digital Skills

In addition to strong creative capabilities, frontendknowledge is highly desirable.

Required / Core Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics tools, such as Adobe After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, branding, and digital design.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted creative tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini.

Good to Have

  • HTML and CSS.
  • Basic frontend implementation skills.
  • Basic PHP knowledge.
  • Ability to understand and modify simple landing pages, promotional pages, or website components.
  • Familiarity with responsive web design.
  • Basic JavaScript knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience preparing digital assets for web or game-related integration.

Front-end coding is not the primary responsibility of thisrole, but the ability to work with HTML/CSS and basic PHP will be an advantagewhen collaborating on marketing pages, campaign landing pages, website content,and interactive promotional materials.

Education & Work Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Interactive Media, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in multimedia design, graphic design, digital marketing creative, branding, or a related creative role.
  • Experience working with Marketing, Product, or other cross-functional teams to translate business and campaign objectives into creative concepts and visual output.
  • Experience working with established brand guidelines and Visual Identity (VI) and adapting designs across different channels and formats.
  • Experience in the gaming, entertainment, digital media, or technology industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong portfolio covering a mix of branding, digital marketing, multimedia, animation, motion graphics, or video work.
  • Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to generate ideas rather than only execute instructions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
  • Able to proactively leverage AI-assisted creative tools to improve ideation, production efficiency, and creative output.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and collaborate with offshore teams.
