You will work closely with Relationship Managers and senior team members to ensure that all internal lending workflows, compliance, and documentation processes are handled accurately and efficiently. This position is well-suited for candidates who want to build a solid foundation in corporate lending operations, credit administration, and transaction support within an international banking environment.

• Assist in the preparation of internal reports and supporting materials for Branch Management, Head Office, and regulatory-related submissions

• Support the management and monitoring of corporate credit facilities in accordance with the Bank’s internal policies and regulatory requirements

• Assist in handling loan-related documentation, including the preparation, checking, maintenance, and filing of English-language credit documents

• Support drawdown-related administrative work and fee collection / fee record management for loan transactions

• Coordinate KYC-related timelines, document collection, renewals, and follow-up actions

• Assist in monitoring compliance with financial covenants and other ongoing obligations under loan documentation, and follow up on any outstanding items as required

• Maintain proper records of loan and transaction documents in both physical and electronic form

• Support the organisation, filing, and safekeeping of completed deal files and related documents after transaction closing

• Liaise with internal departments, clients, and partner banks for document follow-up and administrative coordination

• Monitor outstanding documents and ensure timely follow-up on pending items

• Provide day-to-day support to Relationship Managers and senior team members in relation to transaction documentation and administrative matters

• Perform other duties as assigned by Branch Management

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy, Economics, or a related discipline

• Basic knowledge of accounting and the ability to understand financial statements

• Good written and spoken English

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage documentation, timelines, and follow-up tasks in a careful and structured manner

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

• Responsible, dependable, and able to manage assigned tasks independently

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-based environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to banking operations, KYC, loan documentation, credit administration, or transaction support work would be advantageous

• Experience in handling documentation, record maintenance, reporting support, covenant monitoring, or facility-related administrative work is a plus

• Exposure to corporate banking or syndicated loans would be beneficial, but is not mandatory

• Korean language capability would be advantageous due to internal coordination with Head Office and support for Korean-related transaction matters

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
