1. Crypto Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Research digital assets, blockchain projects, and market trends.
  • Analyse on-chain data, tokenomics, liquidity, and market risks.
  • Produce research reports and actionable market insights.
  • Support the trading team with data-driven analysis.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain fundamentals.
  • Experience in financial research, data analysis, or crypto investing.
  • Ability to distinguish evidence-based insights from market speculation.
  • Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools; Python or SQL skills are an advantage.

2. Crypto Trader

Responsibilities

  • Execute trades within approved strategies and risk limits.
  • Monitor positions, liquidity, exposure, and profit and loss.
  • Maintain trading records and review strategy performance.
  • Work with analysts to evaluate and refine trading opportunities.

Requirements

  • Relevant cryptocurrency trading experience.
  • Strong understanding of order execution, position sizing, and risk management.
  • A verifiable trading track record with clear performance and drawdown metrics.
  • A disciplined approach to volatile markets; derivatives experience is an advantage.
