The posting

Lead the company's technology strategy, R&D, innovation, and commercialization efforts. Drive development of wastewater treatment technologies from concept to market while supporting business growth, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R&D projects from concept through pilot, scale-up,

commercialization, and product launch.

• Develop and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.

• Manage multiple R&D programs, ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets, and

milestones.

• Provide technical leadership and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering innovation

and collaboration.

• Support business development through customer meetings, technical presentations,

solution development, and strategic partnerships.

• Build and manage relationships with customers, investors, research institutions,

industry partners, and other stakeholders.

• Drive project management excellence and cross-functional collaboration across R&D,

engineering, operations, and commercial teams.

• Lead intellectual property development through patents, publications, and technology

protection.

• Identify emerging technologies and establish collaborations with academic and

research organizations.

Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of industrial wastewater treatment technologies, particularly

biological treatment systems and pulp & paper ETPs.

• Experience in process optimization, technology scale-up, specialty treatment

chemicals, and environmental biotechnology.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Environmental Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in R&D leadership within wastewater treatment,

environmental technologies, or related industries.

• Proven track record in technology commercialization, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

• Strong communication, strategic thinking, project management, and customer

engagement skills.
