The posting

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Custom Carpentry Installer to join our installation team. You will be responsible for installing built-in wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, feature walls, shoe cabinets, and custom joinery across residential (HDB, Condo, Landed) and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and install factory-fabricated cabinetry, built-in wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, paneling, and custom woodworking on-site according to technical drawings.
  • Trim, scribe, plane, and adjust panels, hinges, soft-close drawers, and hardware for precise alignment and flush finishing.
  • Apply sealant, silicon, and filler neatly around cabinet joints, gaps, and edges.
  • Install cabinet handles, concealed hinges, drawer slides, hydraulic lifts, LED strip lighting channels, and integrated fittings.
  • Conduct site checks/measurements prior to installation and coordinate with project managers, interior designers, and other sub-contractors (plumbers, electricians).
  • Perform thorough checks to ensure smooth door/drawer operation and clean up the work site post-installation.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in custom carpentry assembly and site installation in Singapore.
  • Proficient in reading floor plans and detail drawings; skilled in operating power tools (circular saws, drills, routers, laser levels).
  • Ability to resolve on-site alignment or wall/floor leveling issues independently.
  • High attention to detail, punctual, reliable, and careful with client property.
