Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service cum Admin Officer!

Responsibilities

  • Greet and register walk-in customers promptly at the front counter to create a welcoming environment
  • Manage customer flow and assist customers to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support the Manager in organizing events and inviting customer participation
  • Handle difficult customer interactions professionally and complete checklists before escalating issues to the Manager
  • Collect, verify, and organize customer documents to maintain accurate and accessible records
  • Respond promptly and clearly to telephone and email inquiries to resolve customer questions
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, processing correspondence, and preparing videoconferencing equipment for appointments
  • Assist customers with online payment processes and perform basic account-related tasks
  • Maintain office cleanliness and oversee office contracts to ensure a well-functioning workspace
  • Procure groceries and stationery supplies for office use through simple purchasing tasks
  • Perform basic accounting duties by filing and recording payment vouchers accurately
  • Use social media platforms like TikTok and Facebook to post relevant content for customer engagement
  • Use AI applications to translate Chinese documents into English for PowerPoint presentations
  • Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English to assist customers and support business operations

Required competencies and certifications

  • Good social media skills, including posting on TikTok and Facebook
  • Ability to use AI apps to translate Chinese documents to English for presentations
  • Conversant in Mandarin and English to assist customers and support business operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum GCE O level with 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or accounting roles
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin or dialects to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to address customer inquiries and manage challenging situations professionally and empathetically
  • Friendly and patient demeanor to handle high volumes of customer interactions, including sensitive or complex issues

  • Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 10 am - 6.30 pm
  • Location: Near Kent Ridge MRT
