  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Customer Experience, or a related field.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms to enhance productivity.
  • Training provided, while relevant customer service, marketing, or customer experience background would be an advantage.
