Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for installation, servicing, and repairs with customers.
  • Manage customer communications, inquiries, reviews, and marketing broadcasts.
  • Handle administrative tasks including preparing sales documents, updating records and website content, and tracking vehicle compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing role.
  • Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task.
