Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Electrical Safety & Lightning/Surge Protection Solutions
  • Position Title: Customer Service Executive
  • Working Location: East - Ubi
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email regarding products, orders, quotations, and deliveries.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Process customer orders accurately and monitor order status through to delivery.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and suppliers on stock availability and delivery schedules.
  • Provide customers with product information and basic commercial support.
  • Follow up on quotations, outstanding orders, and customer requests.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records in internal systems.
  • Handle feedback, complaints, and after-sales enquiries professionally.
  • Support the sales team with administrative and customer service duties.

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant customer service, sales coordination, or order processing experience is preferred.
  • Experience in electrical, industrial, engineering, or technical products is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or SAP systems is an advantage.
  • Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple orders and enquiries.
