Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves engaging directly with customers while supporting branch and facility operations to ensure safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, visitors, and tenants through walk-ins or appointments.
  • Assess customers' storage needs and recommend suitable storage units and services.
  • Handle branch transactions, including sign-ups, payments, move-ins, move-outs, and merchandise sales.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Manage inventory, including supplies, merchandise, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct facility inspections and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance and facility checks with internal teams and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Liaise with back-office teams on administrative matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or sales.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn and committed to delivering high-quality service.
