Job Summary

Manage the full domestic helper placement cycle, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations while driving sales and providing seamless support to clients and helpers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete domestic helper placement process including sourcing, interviewing candidates, preparing contracts, and supporting clients to ensure successful placements
  • Respond to customer inquiries and conduct indoor sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Process Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work permit applications and coordinate all related documentation accurately and timely
  • Liaise with overseas partner agencies to coordinate documentation and placement arrangements
  • Facilitate after-sales support by mediating communication between employers and domestic helpers to resolve issues smoothly
  • Perform daily administrative tasks including document processing using Microsoft Word and Excel, and maintain accurate records in the agency system
  • Ensure strict adherence to MOM Singapore regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while working independently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • A Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is mandatory
  • Experience working in a Singapore maid agency or related sales experience with knowledge of the end-to-end placement process
  • Familiarity with MOM regulations and industry practices
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and sales drive to operate independently under minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented approach, and ability to meet tight deadlines independently
