Job Summary

Support sales operations by preparing quotations, processing customer orders, coordinating cross-departmentally for order fulfillment, managing customer communications, and maintaining inventory and sales reports to drive efficient business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate quotations to support sales activities in collaboration with sales managers
  • Verify and process customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy and generate internal job orders
  • Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers by addressing inquiries and providing detailed product, service, and order status information
  • Proactively communicate with customers to update order progress, delivery schedules, and resolve issues
  • Generate and maintain inventory reports, track sales performance, and assist in sales forecasting to support business planning
  • Assist sales managers with various sales-related tasks to improve team effectiveness
  • Support the team leader by managing work processes and generating relevant data reports
  • Collaborate closely with inter-company administrative support to streamline operations
  • Apply proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to manage data and reporting tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills to contribute positively to the work environment

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 'O' Level or Diploma qualification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales support or related functions
  • Experience working in Singapore (original phrase "Preferably Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR)" removed for nationality neutrality)
