💼 Your Role as a Customer Service Officer

As a Customer Service Officer, you will:

  • 🤝 Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
  • 🗣️ Communicate with customers through face-to-face interactions and other service channels
  • 💬 Understand customer needs and provide suitable assistance
  • 🛠️ Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and requests professionally
