Basic Salary: Up to $3,000 + Commission Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2, Singapore Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customer accounts and build strong customer relationships
  • Handle contract renewals and follow up on customer retention
  • Follow up on sales leads and enquiries via calls and emails
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and renewal offers
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Handle customer orders and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with Operations and Accounts teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Resolve customer issues and provide timely support
  • Prepare sales and customer reports for management
  • Achieve assigned renewal and sales targets
  • Provide sales and administrative support as required
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and tasks assigned

Preferred Competencies & Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
  • Experience in service-based industries is preferred
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable with outbound calls and customer follow-ups
  • Experience in quotations, proposals, renewals, or sales support is an advantage
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts
  • Spoken Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and associates
